About Our Trust
Urmila Brundaban Nayak Memorial Education Trust (UBNMET) is a public education and charitable trust a registered under Mumbai Public Trust Act 29 of 1950 Vide PTR No. E/6406/Surat Date: 21/03/2007. This trust is also registered under section 12A (a) of income tax vide registration No. SRT/CIT-II/TECH/110/U-16/2007-08. The honorable commissioner of income tax Surat has also issued recognized certificate under section 80G (1) of the IT Act 1961 which Registration No. is SRT/CIT-II/TECH/104/U-2/09-10. The aforesaid trust each continuing to fulfill the requirements of section bh2 (24), 2 (15), 11, 12, 13 and 80G of the act 1961
THIS Trust has also been registered under Foreign Contribution Regulation Act (FCRA), 2010 section 11 (1) which Registration No: 042100161 by the Ministry of Home Affairs / Grih Mantralaya, Government of India / Bharat Sarkar for nature of Religious, cultural, Educational, Social. It is Valid for five Years from 30/06/2011
A strategic program to address THREE of the most pressing problems of India: Hunger, Education , & Work. The Govt. of India has made education for children in the age group of 6 to 14 years compulsory, but poverty prevents the under privileged from getting full value of their education experience. And if by any way completed their primary need education, they are deprived of employment to survive them. Hunger obstructs education as children are forced to leave schools. lack of education curtails opportunities for development& leads to the vicious cycle of poverty & hunger. Education empowers a child to explore his/her potentials & earn a decent living & live a respectable life in our society.
Like it , the same like problem is employment . Now in this era, employment or job is a great problem for the life surviving without job they will be victim of hunger and illiterate. A satisfied job or work or for surviving is in need for every human being . When they are deprived of job the others above said problem will be occurred.
Through many awareness programs of education & employment & Human Rights, they become conscious for surviving & they can be able to know what is life and how to be maintained .
But above these problem are seemed in many states like in Gujarat & Orissa what out team surveyed .
For eradicating the above problems through supplying of many activities like educations, women empowerment & employment activities (works in embroidery, teaching, textile designing, studio etc.) food materials like rice, wheat, dal etc.
We have a plan to set up a school cum college for providing the high quality education to the poor, handicapped, unemployed people to stand as employees in their society by working in small scale industries & cottage industries in Gujarat & Orissa.
