Mostly in Orissa, due to famine & flood & cyclone, the lakhs of people are harassed from food & shelter. The natural calamities wash out their fortune in the rain season. The people are not able to reserve the water for farming the land.
No like any wall or water supplying provision for the people by the govt. So they are deprived of future secondly they depend upon the natural resources like forest & other natural assets. They are only the basic livelihood for those people.
Yet they have limited rights over there resources.
But we support them through many developmental natural resource policies & program.
